creative commons Attribution-NoDerivs 2.0 Generic question..

I have an image that is licensed under creative commons Attribution-NoDerivs 2.0 Generic. I have seen a website using it and they have watermarked my original image with their own logo.

The question i have is are they within the license rights to do this?

There is not credit or link to me anywhere on the page.

it's the company logo they have watermarked on it. i have found out it was last modified in mid september and thats about it.
