being the gadget-w
e that I am, I couldn't help but pick up a Samsung Gear 360 and stick it on top of my track day car. I know that this is the first gen of these things, and they will inevitably improve, but quite pleased with the results:

My feedback to Samsung:
1. Put a sticker on it telling us what of the lenses is front and rear
2. Allow external mic to be connected
3. Make it properly water/dustproof - perhaps a case of some sort?
4. Leave a hole to tether it, so if it comes loose it doesn't bounce down the road.
5. Sort out the transfer time to the phone, it is shockingly slow.
It is a glimpse into the future of action cams though - the effect with a VR headset is truly outstanding.
