Huge photo of the inauguration, amazing how far you can zoom in.
I must note, it looks a lot fuller than the trump vs obama inauguration photos the media bandied about made out (although its a completely different angle, so hard to tell, but those rear blocks look pretty full to me right up to the Monument).
Anyway, great photo.... not sure how they do it and minimise the ghosting. It must take many photos to do and people/objects will be moving constantly.

Lots of bad stitching/seams in places where viewers aren't really going to look, so it's not as though someone's spent masses of time making it perfect.
Deliberate blurring in parts probably to give it some depth, but it does look odd at first glance. Giveaway is halfway up the TV tower where it abruptly changes from sharp to blurred. ETA looking at it again, there are other places where focus is out where it shouldn't be, so I'm wondering now if it's a technical cock-up.
Lots of cameras and kit to zoom in on if you're a geek!
Spot the temporary TV studios on high buildings, all trying to get the best background for their commentary...

Have to say, kinda shows the whole thing up for how totally over the top it is. What happens when we get a new PM? a few pot-shots outside of number 10!
