A crushing review of the 'new' 2017 Karma: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN_2H7Ns_Yg

Poor battery life,
No sensors,
No trick shots,
Drifting,
Noisy gimbal,
No SD-Card in a package costing hundreds
Lens distortion makes flying hard
Software bugs

They're not off to a good year.

This guy doesn't seem to be a fan of GoPro in general, but he seems to have got it right in both his 2016 & 2017 Karma reviews.

I think GoPro need to chalk Karma V1 up as a fail and concentrate on V2, or scrap it altogether and concentrate on their camera's.
Disappointing, I really really wanted it to be brilliant and it just falls short everywhere.

Karma is a complete joke.

(Speaking as someone with three generations of GoPros, which are all fine)

I moved to a Yi 4K camera... just as good if not better for price.

The company as a whole seems to be investing everything in the brand, and not enough in the technology. The most recent set of GoPros are falling behind.
