Hi folks
I've managed to get hold of a digitally enhanced squadron picture with my father in it from July 1945. It's a full squadron picture with a Lancaster behind so is very wide and narrow.

Where would I get something like this printed so I can hang on the wall ?

Or you can just print onto a regular print (40" x 30" on Photobox or Zenfolio for instance) and then just get the framer to cut off the top and bottom!

When printing long and thin images, I fill a standard large print size file with multiple copies then cut the resulting print into strips.

Free extra prints wink

If you want something at a bespoke size though, Redcliffe are very good.

Or google 'panorama print'; not sure how the price will compare with Steve's crop answer though.

I had my local snappy snaps print a custom size panorama for me. They all use those big roll printers for larger stuff so you have to pay for some wastage but it was easy as they were in town. The bigger problem may be getting a frame to fit. You'll have to mount it or get a custom frame.

Looks like the full size picture is @ 19cm * 97cms & Redcliffe seem to be able to accommodate.

Thanks for the options. Now to figure out how to frame it !!

Any decent framer will do it.
