Anyone here use the D500 for video?

If you do, you'll know how pitiful the battery life is when shooting continuously at 4k.

I'm looking for a decent external battery solution if anyone has any suggestions. Tried an ExPro powerbank but it's not working that well.

Looks like I'm going to have to sort out a solution for myself as there's nothing suitable which will give more than a couple of hours of 4K shooting time.

I'm not sure what you're getting at with that question, but on the whole these are unattended locked off shots, so swapping batteries regularly is not what I want to be doing.

I think I've come up with a good solution which will allow me to power the camera and a monitor for several hours and hot swap batteries when I need to extend running time.
