I have some clips on my session 4 from last weeks antics in the french alps mountain biking.

I have downloaded most of them but 4 are at the maximum 12 minutes long and when I download them they just countdown almost to zero then start again which results in it never downloading the clip.

I have read online about another user experiencing the same problem and someone suggested using the Quik Key for this but it didn't solve it either.

Anyone know how I can get these clips off my camera?

Possibly sounds like it could be more of a computer issue than a gopro issue.

Have you tried taking the card out of the go pro, using a micro SD card adapter, and plugging it into your computer with an SD card reader? Or quite a lot of computers and laptops have SD card slots built in these days.

Drag the contents of the card to your desktop, or to whatever hard drive you want to keep the files on, and it should be job done!

Thanks Fordo. I ended up talking to gopro support and they suggested the same so they are now on my pc.

The problem is I need to get them to my ipad as I need them with the other clips as I use imovie to edit.

I dont think there is anyway of getting them to my camera roll on ipad to enable imovie to be able to use them.

Any ideas?

Do you use iCloud for the iMac. If so, load onto Photos on your Mac (or equivalent if PC) and you should then be able to access the files on your iPad.

Alternatively, send them to yourself via wetransfer.

I believe you can also use iTunes to get video files from an computer to iPad, or you can 'airdrop' the video files if you have a mac

To close this I have resolved it.

I couldn't get it to work via iTunes or google drive but in the end I loaded dropbox to my iPad and sent the clips one at a time to the iPad and then saved to camera roll which worked.

Problem solved, thanks for your help.
