Nikon lense loan??

Help!!!

I'm having trouble with my cheap crap Sigma 70-300 (which I wish I'd never bought) only a couple of days before GFOS. I don't want to rush out and buy any old cheapo replacement so I'm wondering if any of the PH collective would be kind enough to lend me a Nikon DSLR compatible telephoto in exchange for a few beer tokens?
