Nick, we blatantly need to meet up and get some crazy rig photos. The charger has real potential to do something crazy...

Hi meagain. To improve just be thorough: find a cool location and take your time composing the shot. Look at magazines to see what you like and use that as inspiration. Learn the camera as well as you can, experiment and have as much fun as you can.

If you really get into it prepare to explore the limits of your partners tolerance...

Meagain,

As mine is a dark car too, I used a polarizing filter to cut down the amount of reflection. It's a bugger taking pitures of a big mirror!

Thanks...

Was it a dodge Charger or Challenger that was used in Vanishing point?

Cant remember, whent to see it in Leicester square Odeon at its Premmierre, back in 1975? I think... great film. i was working in London as 17 year old

That was a Challenger, great film though

You may remember Chargers from such films as:

1966 Charger - Big Fish
1967 Charger - Ed TV
1968 Charger - Bullit, Blade, Blue Velvet
1969 Charger - Dukes of Hazzard, Dirty Mary Crazy Larry
1970 Charger - The Fast and the Furious

Another vote for a polariser here - unless it's too dark mine is pretty much never off the camera!

I decided that picture would look better if it was out on the blacktop...

That car is so cool you must freeze your nuts off just popping out to the shops!
