Sun behind clouds, which one?

Whilst walking with some friends near Evesham, I took a rather nice photo of the sun behnd some clouds. After a bit of iPhoto playing, I've got 2 variants, normal and sepia.

Which do you think is best?

Yep, #1 - the contrast of blue vs purple makes it.

As posted I prefer the 1st but try playing around with the colours in the 2nd if you can. A purple, red or green instead of the sepia may enhance the drama.
