Any SonyRX100 owners on IOW?

Anyone on here on the Isle of Wight who owns a Sony RX100?

Have sent my RX100M3 for conversion to IR Full Spectrum and the camera is not working correctly on arrival.

I believe the technician is using a third party battery, if someone has an original Sony battery we could try I'd be extremely grateful.
