Protective envelopes for mounted prints?

I've been looking around for the clear envelopes that you see mounted prints displayed in at markets and in shops, but haven't been able to find anywhere that sells them.

Does anyone here know where I could get hold of some?

They need to be big enough to take a print, mounted on either a 12"x16" or 16"x20" board, plus window board (so ~ 3mm thick), and reasonably tough so that they protect the print. A folding flap, ideally self-adhesive would be good too.

Any ideas?

The last ones I bought (quite a few years ago mind) came from a company called Kenro (I think!)
