Took the hound for a long walk this morning and bumped into my neighbour, so went for an even longer walk.

The joys of living in the countryside, ooo-arrr...

Thanks Steve! The scenery in Kent is not quite as dramatic as it is in Scootland, I grant you, and I left a little late to catch the early morning mist, but it turned into a good walk, except when our dog (the one without the stick in the last picture) found something disgustingly decomposed in a field and decided to have a roll in it. Her "lover" went off her after that, and I can't say I blame him. The mutt is currently in the garden honking the place out, foul dog that she is!

OMG, even the diddy dogs are expected to be competent in the water!

Indeed! At first she walked on water, but then we taught her it was more fun to swim!
