I've just observed recently that whilst the PH party generally goes on in to the wee small hours even on school nights, there aren't often many posts on the Photography forum after about 10.30pm.

No doubt someone will prove me wrong now, but I was wondering:

Does everyone go to bed early to catch the dawn light?

Do PH Photographers work harder than 'ordinary people', to keep financing their twin addictions of cameras and cars?

Is all the extra sleep the reason why the Photography contributors are generally more attractive than the rest of PH? ;)

Do the Photographers just have better things to do in the evenings?

No, some of us are just OLD

Do PH Photographers work harder than 'ordinary people', to keep financing their twin addictions of cameras and cars?

We work too hard to feed our addictions

Is all the extra sleep the reason why the Photography contributors are generally more attractive than the rest of PH?

It's a cross we have to bare

Do the Photographers just have better things to do in the evenings?

As I said earlier, some of us are getting on a bit

'Does everyone go to bed early to catch the dawn light?'

What is this dawn light of which you speak?

'Do PH Photographers work harder than 'ordinary people', to keep financing their twin addictions of cameras and cars?'

Good theory, but my secret is not to keep expensive wives or children!

'Is all the extra sleep the reason why the Photography contributors are generally more attractive than the rest of PH? '

How did she know that?

'Do the Photographers just have better things to do in the evenings?'

Chance would be a fine thing.

(NB I hope that the sight of 406 'baring' his cross - whatever that is code for - will not shock you!)

Regrettably I think 'cheap wife' is an oxymoron... However I'm sure Mr Rude gets all the benefits one would associate with an expensive top-of-the-range model

SON: 'How much does it cost to get married, Dad?'

FATHER: I don't know son, I'm still paying for it!'

Just tell him that you will put some makeup on with a paintroller and wear some "easy access" undergarments to bed...

what do you mean not that kind of cheap?

Thanks chaps for the hilarious replies. I don't even want to think about 406's bared cross

And just to try and convince you that not all women are high-maintenance, here's a snippet of phone conversation I had tonight

Rude: Oh bugger, hello love. Sorry I forgot.

The Boss: Forgot what?

Rude: Oh thank God for that, you forgot too.

The Boss: What?

Rude: It's our anniversary today.

The Boss: It is? You sure it's not tomorrow?

Rude: Damn, is it? Isn't it 20th today?

The Boss: Oh bugger, you're right. Tits.

Rude: Shall we keep it low key this year then?

The Boss: Good idea

And I thought that this was going to be a thread about sex, drugs and rock and roll. Oh! Hang on a minute, that was in the Sixties.

I'm confused. There seem to be three people: Rude, Mrs Rude and the mysterious 'Boss' character...

The only boss in my house is - uh, actually, it's Megan the cat

Oy, that came from the same Dictionary as the "CLUD" and look how well that has done. More members than the "Dark Sdie" who only created the typo coz simpo told them to get their own.

Dave - Naked Cross's are cool
