I decided I would order some Christmas cards from Photobox the other day as last year I left it until right at the last minute much to the displeasure of my wife who writes and sends them all! Any way I put together a montage of some shots from the year and ordered them from Photobox, 64 in all which was nearly £50. I got the cards this morning and the printing is great but the image is a couple of mm off centre...

- sorry for the crap picture but my eyes were still blurry when I took it first thing this morning. I sent them this photo of the cards but thought it was probably me being too fussy and I wouldn't hear anymore about it except maybe an apology. Well within a couple of hours I got a response saying that they are aware of the problem and instantly gave me a full refund, no questions asked.

I know they should have got it right in the first place but at least they were quick to respond :)

I had similar with them this week, I did a couple of 20" panoramics and it turns out the published ratio isn't entirely accurate so I had a bit of cropping but they hadn't centred the image (which was extremely annoying as it had a frame applied) and as a result it's no use to me.

Still waiting to hear..

Excellent, free christmas cards for all the PH photography forum then, :scratchin: unless they fix the problem first...

Looks good by the way, a nice idea, just wonder if any of my pics are suitable. Off for a root through the archive.

Do you know, I'm a fussy bastard but even I would just have trimmed 2mm off the offending side and be done with it!!

I tried that with a Caterham once - didn't work.
