JVC AV connector

I have a small AV connector on my JVC MiniDV camcorder.

I have the lead that came with the camera, that works fine.

But, what I'm after is a nice straightforward lead to go from my '5 pin mini D' connector to a standard AV phono plug, I know this is possible because in effect that's what I already have, I'm just looking for a neater solution, i.e. one lead not a whole bundle.

So, does anyone know where I might get one of these leads or know the correct name of the connector, so I could buy one and make the lead up myself?
