I bought this one last week to help with a blocked drain pipe at home.
It is cheap and it works OK, although controlling the camera end is a bit fiddly once it is inside whatever you are inspecting. It is live view only and does not record the video feed.
I don't know how it compares to more expensive cameras, but for £30 it was a low cost risk and turned out to be adequate for my needs at the time.
