Raw in Photoshop CS

Hi all,
I have photoshop CS, which I thought could open RAW files (.NEF) from my Nikon D70.
But when I try and open one I get this error - "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document".
Anyone got any ideas?
I've looked in the help, which talks about the RAW camera plugin, is this a seperate product?
