Nice attempt.

Composition wise i would have moved to the right with either a tighter crop or using the wall to lead you to the light house thingy.

are those clouds real? something not right about them, also rocks look very dark.

Looks good, not sure about lighthouse bang in middle though.

As for the clouds and dark rocks, I expect Channel Mixer has been at work? The blue channel gives very contrasty results.

The clouds are real No channel mixing...just levels and a minor sharpening.

Just looked at it on "actual pixels" and I can't see one. There is a dark line (sort of) but up close it looks natural...just a freaky bit of cloud No similar lines on any other images taken at the same time, see below.

B&W taken in-camera I presume then, I like it. As the object in the middle has a white wave on either side I think it give the image good symmetry. You could crop off the shiny bit of rock on the extreme right hand side but its not a big problem. Didn't see the streak on the clouds at first but now spotted I'd want to clone it out !
