OK got my new KONICA MINOLTA Dynax 5D
took some RAW pics and tryed to put them on my PC. but the software I had with it won't allow my PC to access RAW files? bummer

what can I use to covert them so my pc can read them

Yup - you're going to need something like Raw Shooter Essentials for free. If you get on with it there's now a version that you have to ... gasp horror... pay for - but for FREE RSE can't be beaten.


Oh and Microshite's RAW viewer is useful if you're on that brand of OS....

...must consider upgrading at some time.

Olde 'Shoppe keeps it all together, so a real bonus for keeping the workflow simple.

If it's a PC, then have you downloaded the Microsoft addin RAW viewer. (Free download) AT least then you can view them.

Donwload a trial of PaintShopPro X, you then have 30 days to have a play with them & check that you are getting what you need from them before spending more money.
