I've been looking for a cheap 2Gb compact flash card a touch faster then my old one and found these folks blueunplugged £80 for a 2Gb Sandisk Extreme III !

I reckon that bar flea-bay these could be the cheapest around (mine arrived yesterday).

Just though I'd let you know.

Just bought one!

Thanks.

Now I can take 235 raw shots instead of the pittiful 47 I can currently squeeze onto my 512mb card! (I also have a 16mb back-up )

Cool! Thanks.

I was just looking at the 32 MB card I got bundled with the Coolpix ages ago. That won't be much use any more, I don't suppose.

Picstop are still a couple of quid cheaper for some of the 2Gb cards. I've used them a couple of times before and have been very impressed with the service.

Another satisfied Picstop customer. One of the cards they sent was duff and they dispatched a replacement before getting the old one back.

www.valuemedia.co.uk seem to be a quid or 2 cheaper than picstop (on the Ultra II 2GB anyway) - good service I would definitely recommend.
