Canon D60 vs 20D - why would I upgrade????

What are main, tangible improvements between D60 and 20D? Thinking of upgrading.

Use it mainly for photos of my family etc.

Wait for the 20D replacement coming at the end of this month - that will be a bit more compelling with regards to upgrading.

There are a lot of D60 and 10D owners waiting to see this next model.

In real terms, since the 20D is relatively cheap now and will be getting cheaper once the successor is released you are looking at much better high ISO performance, better (f2.8) faster autofocus and instant response to all controls for a start.
