Hi everyone!

Just a quick hello from a newbie to the site.

Currently driving a Subaru WRX MY01 and take a lot of photo's for www.scoobycity.co.uk and also all the events I go to.

Using a 300D with a Sigma 24-70 EX DG Macro and a Canon 70-200L f4 which i hope to change to a 20D over the next couple of months if sooner.

Anyone know of the best UK deal on the 20D?

Welcome to this particular corner of the madhouse Chris.

Some great images there... I'm not a Canon man but I'm sure some will turn up soon with some opinions on cheap sites. One of them usues Cannons to great effect - you may like to check out www.mattwatkinson.com (He's a git and we ignore him if we can ).

I'm just curious, How did you hear about the Pistonhead site?

Be aware that Canon are expected to announce the replacement for the 20D later this month

Canon are expected to announce another camera this month so your best bet will be to wait until the dust has settled. Price will fall, and will only continue to go down more over time, so luckily for you a good bargain is just around the corner

bought a 20D body off another forum for £500, so watch this space for some pics when I get the chance!!

I'm off to a trackday later this month then to a rolling road next month..

Hope to learn a lot from this forum, looks like there are lots of great photographers here
