Order confirmation email received 7:41 this morning, order dispatched email received 8:11!
That was for 40 7x5 prints on the current 1/2 price offer.

I placed an order on Sunday night that despatched in about 20 minutes!

I placed an order for 3 photobooks on Thursday that was dispatched on Friday by next working day courier! Hurrah! Very quick turnaround by Photobox, as always.

But the courier still hasn't arrived. Not hurrah. Called Photobox last night and they refunded my courier charge, which was pretty decent of them. But their couriers aren't up to much, it seems. I wonder which firm they use. Hmmm...

Yes, I'd agree with that. Although I used the courier option because I needed the books quickly.

Not to worry. A quick call to the offending courier company (yes, that one!) and it transpired that the package "was on the van this morning". One obviously hasty drive from Slough a little later, plus a scribbled note to sign on the back of the usual signature sheets, and my books arrived. It all implies to me that the package was probably sitting at the depot when I called, though.

Ah well. Got them now.

Our fastest so far (rex and I use them for our business) is 7 minutes between received and dispatched....
