Great entries folks . I'm glad there wasn't more, it was tough enough as it was . Can't wait till next month as I get to join in again . But anyway on to the winners....

In third, a photo that really got me thinking. 740i's great shot of the kid with a look of total horror on his face makes me wonder whats happening behind the camera...

In second, a great shot of the moment of impact. I can only imagine how long it took to get! Great pic by Rhubarb .

But the winner is a photo that struck me as soon as I saw it and, IMO, was always the shot to beat. I think it's the irony of the image that gets me, but certainly, how the dear woman could have had any impact on the racing team is beyond me!

That great shot by bacchus....

Congratulations everyone, I thought impact would throw up a few left field entries! There were some great pics there .

So over to you bacchus.......

Dead chuffed to be judged 3rd to two brilliant pics. The "horrified kid" (my nephew) was watching a Punch and Judy show in Herne Bay, it's wonderful to remember that such simple things can have such an impact when you're so young. Had it been Martin's car as Steve suggested, he would have just said coooool!

Wahooo, chuffed to bits too. Well done 740i. It's suprising just what a reaction a simple punch and judy can create.

It was supprisingly simple, had been messing about all afternoon with paint and trying to capture the moment of impact, and none of my shots worked. So a bit frustrated I went back to my original idea of the hammer. Done in a darkish garage, on bulb mode, one hand on the shutter, one hand on the hammer, and hey presto. Was pleased with the results anyway.

Anyway a big well done to bacchus, really nice shot, I take it she's one of Bernie's marshals testing for flexible wings !!
