Valuation advice

My elderly neighbour has asked me to ebay his Fuji Finepix 6900 Zoom for him due to his failing eyesight. Trouble is I have no idea of price and as he paid a fortune for it a while back I want to give him a realistic estimate of value before we put it up and the thing sells. Any idea what reserve I should aim for?
