After reading the title and seeing the first photo I was expecting lots of cars tooling round the racetrack!

Number 20 is the pick of the bunch for me.

Bar 18 ans 19, it's the landscape ones that got me. Great shots.

Wow, what an orderly place. Reminds me of japanese gravel gardening!

Nice pics indeed!

9 produces a very interesting effect if you scroll up and down fairly rapidly!

My dialup download got bored at that point so i'll kick off the rest now ...

Think your strength is perspective Martin,

Almost every landscape you've shown here over the months,
is a study in soil textures and colours,
either with the addition of trees or crops, and tram-lines

the ones featuring animals, (while amusing) are more an excercise in staging

Nice work Martin. As said above, quite a few are a bit flat, but it does give that "really bright sun washed out effect", but some slight tweaking of the curves could really bring some of them to life.

Thanks Justin and Dave for the heads up. I PM'd one of the shots to Matt and he said it had much more "snap" (his word) than the ones posted...can only assume the web is killing them.

have you saved them in adobe rgb?

edit - doesn't seem so, but did you take them in adobe? looks liek maybe you did then they have had srgb assigned to them without doing a conversion

I nearly replied straight away saying no because I thought I had changed all my settings to srgb. Good job I checked because I've never noticed the check box on the save-as screen before I'll uncheck the Adobe rgb box and re-post.

On my screen the top one is bit more contrasty and as a result looks a bit sharper (although it's probably not).

Still needs more punch for me though.
