I've got some photos that I've scanned and have been saved as PDFs. How the F F Flippin' 'eck do I convert them to jpegs? PS CS wont recognise them

If you've got a full version of Adobe Acrobat (ie not just the reader) you can go to Advanced>Export image and it will extract the jpg

If you google "PDF JPEG convert" you'll find a few conversion programs, all to buy but some have time limited trials. I'd give one of them a go. Eg. - www.processtext.com/abcpdf2.html & www.intrapdf.com/convert_pdf_to_jpg.htm

But can't you just scan them back in but reset the output format to JPEG of TIFF?
