Adobe camera raw can do it for you, otherwise there are various plugins available.

edit - just searched but can't find the plugin, i know there is one because I have it at home, will check once I'm back there.

If all you want to do is produce a classic black or white vignette mask in Photoshop:

make a new layer, use an eliptical select of the subject with a large feather value, inverse the selection, then fill.

The Vignette option in camera raw is very natural looking, and I personally use it quite a lot, or used to until I got the D200 and couldn't open raw files any more...

You may well already know this but, jic the release of it passed you by, if you have CS2 or Elements 3+ Camera Raw 3.3 will open D200 raw files

Do you get the lens tab in Elements, or only in CS ?

I have plain old CS so no D200 support, have switched to Rawshooter which is pretty good anyway.

OK, home now, so found the filter I have - It's by mediaspark, produces fairly good results if not as good as the raw lens one.

Also in CS2:

Filter->Distort->Lens Correction->Vignette

Does a very nice job...
