Kingston Cf/1gbu, 1gb compactflash card ultimate 100x

or

Sandisk CF 1gb Extreme III sdcfx3-1024-902

Or doesn't it make much of a difference?

Got a few laughs... but it gets the point across.

There's a good memory performance comparison on the Rob Galbraith website.

www.robgalbraith.com/bins/multi_page.asp?cid=6007

I decided on 2GB Sandisk Ultra II because the memory type makes naff all difference on my current 10D, but works better on a 1D than the Extreme III stuff. I'll hopefully move on to a 1D one day.

My wife has used alot of CF cards ..... she is a photographer for a living. All the cheaper makes of card she has tried have failed quite quickly when put to serious use.

Sandisk particularly but also Fuji cards have, so far, been completely reliable ..... this with Canon SLR's.

Always buy all my cards from flashman852 on eBay (based in Hong Kong) - excellent service - cannot fault them.

great prices, and others on here have bought from him too.

www.valuemedia.co.uk in the UK also have a great selection and pretty good prices too if you don't want to buy on eBay.
