Passport Photo Utility

Does anyone know of a free Passport photo utility that will enable me to easily print multiple passport size photo's for ID cards, I know I can do in in Most Photo manipulation packages but would like it to be really simple?

If you post the photos into MS Word, you can select to print at passport size I believe.

I think it's simple enough to create an image with required size (45x35mm I think), then copy & paste & arrange them onto 6x4 or A4 (whichever size you are going to print), then print it out.

If you Google 'possport photo utility', you do find some software that does this (Passport Photo, or Passport Photo Maker), but doing it manually is very very simple.
