I need one for my stock pics - a mate told me today she got hers for under a tenner (gray import) Are there different models which perform better than others (with different delays perhaps?) - Can anyone recommend one for general tripod work?

I noticed in a mag I was reading the other week that Jessops do an ugly looking clamp set up that takes a standard cable release.

A small grain of common sense given all the ludicrously expensive junk that manufacturers expect you to pay for since they stopped making their shutter release buttons with cable release screws

I got the Addit M1 from a german seller on ebay:

Works fine, although not the most robust bit of kit ever. Very happy with it for under a tenner though. Be sure to specify what length you want (0.8, 3, 5, 10 meter).
