Mac people - Aperture or lightroom for RAW?

[m12_nathan]

No suggestions of none Universal Binaries please

I wish there was a trial version of Aperture, might make the buying precoess more straight forward!

Who has used both and what did you think.

Cheers

Nathan...you really do make some cr4p buying decisions!

You've got a Mac, a Nikon and a BMW, when you should have a PC, a Canon and a Noble.

Martin.

Actually I have a Canon now :P

And can run XP on my MacBook for work related stuff :P

Not going to argue the last point other than if the Noble cost as much to run as the BMW and took the same abuse I'd still have it

Aperture is still work in progress but will cost you £219. Lightroom is still work in progress but the beta is free. Lightroom conversions are OK.
