The little blue car is an AC Invacar built for disabled people to drive pre-Motability.
From memory 200cc Villiers 9E two stroke with Dynastart, three wheels & single seater only.
Graham Hilll was Chairman or President of the Disabled Drivers Assoc. & hated them &
asked for them to be replaced by proper cars.
