Morning,

I'm looking for a decent, but very easy point and shoot digital camera and have whittled my shortlist down to the Olypmus and Panasonic, but can't decide between the two. Just wondered anyone had any thoughts or even another alternative.

Cheers

What's your budget? I've had a Panasonic a few years ago. Was ok-ish. My mum's had an Olympus for a while and the quality is pants.

Bought my other half a Konica Minolta E500. Quality is good. Amble optical zoom. Got it new for £70 plus postage. Nice and small too so it easily fits in a pocket etc. I also use a Dimage X31 for every day stuff as they're small and the quality of the lenses is very good.

I,ve just bought a Panasonic FX01 in black, I looked at quite a few cameras but in the end I bought the Pana and I've been delighted with it. It also use's Leica as it's lens supplier which are excellent and the LCD screen on the back is supperb.

Just bought one too. Not 5 minutes ago

I love the design of it. Kinda modern and retro.
