bit of tongue action
Discussion
been a while since I posted any pics, so here's yet another dog one.
No apologies cos I love both the dog and the picture!
Lots of chromatic abberation on the grass at the top but never mind. Taken today in between showers on a nice long walk. Wilf was laying down behaving himself while I had several aborted attempts at landscapes. Ended up shoving the camera in his face just to keep up tradition.
Best of the landscapes was this one. Can't decide if I like it or if it's just a snap of nothing at all. I'm leaning toward the latter.

Nice dog
and a nice shot of it too.
I see what you mean about the landscape, its nice but maybe lacking something. To me it might look better if you cropped some of the bottom off so that the horizon becomes the lower 'third' line of the image. (at the moment its more the halfway mark)
I just noticed another possible benefit of doing that, the way you have it you can see two different types of plant in the bush on lower right, but if its cropped just above the lower type the bottom of the pic is less 'busy' and the hill in the middle becomes a more natural target of the photo.
I guess my suggestions may be quite different to what your aim of the photo was (otherwise we'd all be taking the same shots), Its just the way it looks to my (very amateur) eye.
