Hey guys. Been meaning to post more here. I've made a tutorial about how to do HDR photography using either 3 shots on site or from 1 raw file, meaning you can do HDR shots of people and such. Hope you find it useful

Funnily enough I was fiddling around with HDR the other day, and wondering how you had achieved the effect in some of your shots - I remembered the one of the protesters and police particularly.
It's an effect that can easily be really overdone - no offence but I think your example in the tutorial is way overdone but I understand the need in this case to highlight the results of the process.
Still a nice tutorial and could be useful in some cases.

Really? I thought the clouds were a bit ott but other than that I loved the result. I used that pic because it was quite popular on Flickr and it seemed that people would enjoy knowing how it was done. HDR is definitley something that can easily be over done. Its quite easy to turn an image into a plastic looking lcd induced dream world
