calibrating monitor

imneed help calibrating a monitor at home, its a iiyama vision master crt. im using an eye one calibrator and cant get the target and current luminance to match up, the crt recommended figure is 100 cdm2 and the current is 112.4 cdm2. the studio monitors are spot on and have never needed to worry, any suggestions?
