Anyone hired a midget lately?

Or better than a midget, is there any table top device I can buy which stands on legs and is able to hold small things like card backgrounds, props like spoons etc, with rotating arms (but preferably no brain, I dont want it chasing after me) so that I can adjust the angle of the implements being held?
