Honda Civic Type S

Dull car, hopefully slightly less dull photo's. Because the Civic is styled - how shall I put this - 'interestingly' I wanted to take a shot of it alone in the woods, preferably with a shaft of sunlight shining on it, almost as though it had been beamed down from outer space which I felt would have accentuated the ultra modern styling. I couldn't find a spot which allowed the precise shot I had in mind, and time was a major issue given the car was to be back with Honda shortly afterwards so I compromised with this spot which offered pleasing light/contrast against the silver colour:

It's an awkward sort of car isn't it!

I prefer the second one. I agree the shaft of light would have been beneficial - photoshop?

Would it be worth 'reflecting ' the silver by playing with the silver birch tree trunk and some of the leaf litter which look sort of silvery? A sort of 'special light' by proxy?

Maybe a dumb idea ...
