Any suggestions for an upgrade to Pinnacle Studio 8?

It's quite easy to use & there some upgrade options on their site but I'm not opposed to another product. I've only compiled a few vids so far but would like to add some better content (no quips about what I've shot please).

Ta in advance.

Adobe Premier Pro is the nuts... but a bit of a steep learning curve. Half of it just frightens me.

I've just finished editing a vid of our holiday on the new version of Adobe Premier Elements (v3.0), it's great, and about £60.

Premiere pro is brilliant. you should be able to find a slightly older version on ebay for a good price.
