What do people use for an exif reader ? Google brings up loads of them.

Ive got a cd with Picture Perfect that came with the camera, but havnt loaded it on yet, does that have one ?

Once I have an exif reader, I understand it to be the case that I can read the settings used on any digi pic I see on the pc ?

I got linked to a plug-in for Firefox from somewhere on this forum, which I use for pictures on the net. Also, I think Picture Project does have it. Sorry I can't be more useful

I would've thought you can view it with most image browsers and editors, e.g. Photoshop. You can normally view it under File Info or Image Info.

Unless the EXIF has been stripped out as it is when using the Photoshop "Save For Web" command.

Do a Google for Opanda IEXIF. There are IE and Firefox versions available.

Having been testing Vista for the last month or so, I noticed the other day that pictures viewed within it all show the EXIF data in the information pane at the side. Very cool thumbup
