Hi there, had a search if this has been talked about before (it probably has) however i would like a new camera for about £250 or so... upto 300 if its worth it.

I had a Kodak z740, which actually took some decent quality shots for what it was £170 a year ago however i have never had such poor customer serice from Kodak, and they have eventually given me a refund of the money.

Not expecting a DSLR or anything like that, but something substantial that has 6mpixels or more plus 10xOptical zoom would be good.

Any suggestions (apart from kodak) Ta

F30 is now about £150 from Amazon.
Excellent review of it on dpreview.

If you haven't already done so get over to dpreview and have a gander through their review. Exceptionally informative....

Quite happy.

I've raved about my Canon PowerShot A710 a bit already on here, but for less then £200 you can't go wrong!

6x Optical zoom I'm afraid, Image Stabiliser, you can add extra lenses, fully manual mode - loving it thumbup
