I was using my Canon 300D SLR. Mostly used pretty long exposures of around 5 sec and so a tripod is a necessity. Used both my stock 17-55mm and 100-300mm for the statics.

Also had a play with my camera mount I got for video in the VX. Stuck it on the side of the A3 and (literally) pushed the car for a 10-15sec exposure to get the motion shot.

5s exposure,f/18,ISO 200 and some post-production to clean it up.
