I have mixed feelings on this bunch.

The 1st one not keen on it, the panning shot would work a lot better if the front end of the car was in shot and it wasn't shot from the angle it has been.

the 2nd one is a nice shot, but it's been done countless times

the 3rd One nice look, but would have looked better if you could see the bottom of the front lip

the 4th I quite like

the 5th not too keen on, in a shot like that there is too much that is distracting and the car is not in motion

the 6th IMO is the best, I really like this shot

EDIT: Doh last comment should have been 6th

Did you mean the 6th is the best or you just didn't comment on 6?

For me, 3 is a corker - looks as stunning as it is in the flesh. Has that 'wow' factor.

Number 6 for me, although the colour is superb, looks like the camera was being dropped!

There again, who am I to criticise... 3 is probably the worst and 6 is the best

1 and 5 for me, thumbup I remain a huge fan of panning shots when done differently, rather than the more formulaic stuff.

White balance looks a bit iffy in a couple of these though, slight colour casts visible I think...

Is this one done by taking two images, one B&W and one colour then putting them together in Photoshop?

My pocket Canon has a 'colour accent' mode that attempts this effect on the fly. I'm sure it couldn't get near this good a result though.

It'll just be one shot and then fiddled with in Photoshop.

Getting to be a bit of a ubiquitous effect now though.

Desature image, 'paint' back relevant areas using history brush
