You've got rid of some of the dirty marks on the lens but not all

e.g.
Back left wheel,
Hedge left of car and slightly above it.

I may also get rid of the telegraph wire.

well, the stuff you have done is quite good. but i dont think you have really addressed the major issue which is that the photo is underexposed for the subject (the car). try playing with brightness and contrast (or curves if you are more confident) to make it not look so dark but still keep the nice sky.

the grill does look a bit odd, but that is atleast in part down to the fact that you have quite drastically redesigned it, rather than bad photoshopping.

Keep at it. You'll get there in the end.

This is just my personal preference but I kind of like the dark BG, so I would've brought up just the car a tiny bit but not much.

I prefer the 1st shot, 2nd the colour/contrast too weak.

Take the first shot, edit out the dirty marks then come back. Do it in stages.

Create an empty layer, then use the gradient tool. Default is foreground colour to transparent, so select a suitable orange/brown or whatever you wish first.

[blatant plug] I've just written up a "how to" on selectively adjusting exposure on different parts of an image. Perhaps there's something in there that could be useful.

I really don't like what you've done to the centre grill. Makes the car look upset.

Not so sure Porsche would like the re-design of the grill (I'd avoid trips to Stuttgart if I were you!)

It looks like you've used the flash, which I think is what's causing you troubles as it's over exposing the very front and nothing else.

A tripod and a long exposure with no flash would perhaps have worked better?! (I realise that's not a reaction to your photoshopping but the photo itself, apologies for that bit!)
