Flash fired with a 1 second exposure and a pull back on the zoom during exposure.
Simple in theory, in practice it's slightly more difficult.

nice shot, shame about the slight wobblyness pain in the rear end trying to get that straight on a long-ish exposure.

I found using a slower shutter speed meant you don't need to zoom it as quickly and don't jerk it as much giving straighter light trails

if im really honest i don't like it, i think it's uneven, it doesnt have a main focal point, theres not really much to look at, the lighting is extremely strange and overall i feel the effect is exciting yet meaningless. Just my honest opinion, sorry if it was too honest!
