Quick Hoya question

Which of their slightly-confusing-to-an-idiot range of filters is the one which doesn't have the filter ring on the front? I want to get a UV filter with a filter-ring, and a C-POL without. I think! I'd never want to use some Cokin grads with a C-POL would I?

i think it's just the THIN range of circ polarisers that don't have the front thread. AFAIK all others do.

Anyone else confirm this?

Yeah thanks. I found the page on their site that gives details of this. Their thin filters (without the thread) are what they call their Ultra series, from what I can tell.
Chickened out of a C-POL in the end - they certainly ain't cheap, and I want to use my new lens before I spend any more money

the thin CPLs do have a thread and I've used it with a cokin filter holder before
