Classic Rally pic's....

[longers]

A couple of weekends ago I spent the afternoon at the classic rally in Sherwood Forest and I've just got round to sorting some pic's out. Taking shots at circuit racing seems to be a lot easier - the cars only move in 1 direction but these rally boys are sliding at the same time as moving forwards making focussing harder (for me anyway!).

It was great to stand on the entrance to a downhill tight corner cos where a modern cars ABS would kick in these were sliding with all 4 wheels locked

I know that the 1st one isn't the best pic but this is a car website and it is a PROPER rally car!! Hope you like 'em........

Super - really like 2 & 4! Can't wait till I get enough time to take my camera to events like this!

Theres a box of negatives sitting in my basement from 15-25 years ago, almost all motorsport related. Ive always fancied going through em all and seeing what i can find.
