Ordered 150 prints at 12:12 this afternoon.

Got an e mail at 12:52 to say they'd been dispatched.

I'll get them in the north west highlands tomorrow a.m. (I always do if they are dispatched before 14:00)

How impressive is that?

Yeah, their response time is first class, never been dissapointed yet...

I make that about one print every 15 seconds, including any setup time they might have needed (check printer has paper etc. ) as well as the time to package them and lick the stamps.

Yep ordered some large panoramas yesterday at 9:30. It normally says poster size prints take 3 days, 30 minutes later they were dispatched and they arrived first class post this morning. They really do provide a great service. Why can't other online retailers provide such service - particularly Amazon !!!

I emailed them on a Sunday morning once to say a large print was creased in the tube. 5 mins later I got a reply saying they would dispatch a replacement first class, free of charge.

They certainly do offer a service second to none, very impressed with them

I had a print delivered lately with some kind of printing defect, called at nearly 1800 on a Friday evening and they issued credit and ran off some reprints FOC which were delivered the next morning special delivery . . .

As has been mentioned they offer the kind of customer service most businesses can only dream of . . . brilliant.

Others may be cheaper but no-one can touch photobox for speed service or quality as far as I'm concerned.
